Group Table Tennis Classes
At Table Tennis Bouncy Club, our group table tennis classes are designed to provide a fun, motivating, and professional learning environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re picking up a paddle for the first time or you’re an experienced competitive player looking to improve your performance, we offer structured training programs tailored to your age, ability, and goals.
Each class focuses on developing strong fundamentals, proper technique, footwork, consistency, game strategy, and tactical decision-making. Training sessions also include multi-ball drills, robot-assisted practice, table tennis-specific fitness and conditioning, agility and coordination exercises, and match play to help players improve in every aspect of the game.
We believe that becoming a great player requires more than technical skills. Our programs also emphasize the mental side of table tennis, including focus, confidence, emotional control, match preparation, and competitive mindset, helping players perform at their best both in training and competition.
Group classes create an enjoyable atmosphere where players learn together, challenge one another, build friendships, and develop teamwork while enjoying the sport. Players also have opportunities to participate in practice matches and club activities. Athletes who demonstrate commitment and potential may be selected and prepared to represent Table Tennis Bouncy Club at local, provincial, and other competitive tournaments.
Our training programs are led by Head Coaches Mikaeil Saberi and Yasaman Yaraghchi, both former international-level table tennis players with many years of professional coaching experience and athlete development. They are supported by a team of experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping every player reach their full potential.
At TT Bouncy Club, our goal is not only to teach table tennis, but to develop confident athletes with strong technical skills, excellent physical conditioning, a competitive mindset, and a lifelong passion for the sport.
