Table Booking & Drop-In Policies

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled booking to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Clean indoor athletic shoes are required. Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the playing area.
Table bookings begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals do not extend the booking period.
Additional playing time may be available, subject to table availability.
Please use no more than two balls during regular play.
Keep bags, drinks, phones, and other personal belongings off the tables.
Food is not permitted in the playing area. Drinks are welcome in sealed containers and should be kept away from the tables.
Please respect the club’s equipment and facilities. Players may be held responsible for intentional damage.
TT Bouncy Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
The club reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings when necessary due to tournaments, maintenance, special events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please help us maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.


Group Class Policies

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Clean indoor athletic shoes are required in the playing area.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by club management.
Late arrivals do not qualify for additional class time or make-up instruction.
Participants are expected to follow the coach’s instructions and contribute to a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment.
At the end of each class, participants are kindly asked to help collect training balls and return them to the designated ball baskets.
Class schedules, coaches, and training formats may be adjusted when necessary due to tournaments, special events, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Private Lesson Policies

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled lesson to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Clean indoor athletic shoes are required in the playing area.
Private lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a completed lesson and are non-refundable.
To provide reasonable scheduling flexibility, the club may allow one lesson to be rescheduled per 10-lesson package, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Approval is at the discretion of club management. Additional missed or cancelled lessons will be considered completed.
Players who do not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice (No-Show) will be charged for the full lesson.
Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled lesson time.
If a coach needs to cancel a lesson, the session will be rescheduled or credited at no additional cost.
Private lesson packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with another player unless approved by club management.
Players are expected to follow their coach’s instructions and help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive training environment.
Class schedules, coaching assignments, or lesson times may occasionally be adjusted due to tournaments, special events, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Robot Training Policies

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and setup.
Clean indoor athletic shoes are required in the playing area.
Robot sessions begin and end at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals do not extend the session.
Players using a robot for the first time are encouraged to request a brief orientation from a staff member before their session.
Robot settings should only be adjusted by club staff or with staff approval to ensure proper operation and equipment safety.
Please use all robot equipment responsibly. Moving, modifying, or tampering with the robot or its accessories without authorization is not permitted.
At the end of each session, players are kindly asked to collect all training balls and return them to the designated ball containers.
Children using the robot must be supervised by a parent, guardian, coach, or authorized club staff unless otherwise approved by the club.
Additional robot training time may be available upon request, subject to availability.
The club reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel robot bookings due to maintenance, tournaments, special events, equipment servicing, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Weekly Tournament Policies

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and tournament preparation.
Clean indoor athletic shoes are required in the playing area.
Players who have not checked in before the tournament begins may forfeit their place in the draw.
Tournament registration fees are non-refundable once registration has closed or the draw has been finalised.
All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and treat fellow players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and staff with courtesy and respect.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour may result in warnings, match forfeiture, or removal from the tournament at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
Players are responsible for being ready when their match is called. Failure to report promptly may result in a walkover.
Tournament formats, match schedules, divisions, and draws may be adjusted based on the number of participants or other operational requirements.
Match results and rulings made by the Tournament Director or designated officials are final.
Prize distribution, when applicable, is determined by the tournament organizer and may vary from event to event.
The club reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel tournament events due to safety concerns, facility issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
